Spa Policies & Etiquette


We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life.

We appreciate your business and ask that you respect our spa's scheduling policies by providing at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.


Any child under the age of 12 is not permitted in the spa, unless accompanied by another adult that is not receiving treatment. For safety reasons, children may not accompany you in the treatment room, and may not be left unattended. Should your child(ren) come with you, we will be required to reschedule your appointment, therefore please plan ahead when booking.  

We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions, but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide you and all our clients with the highest standards of service. Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment for check-in and to fill out required paperwork. ​If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, however we will do our best to accommodate you. While we do understand extenuating circumstances arise, we must also keep a timely schedule for all clients.
