What should I expect during my consultation/first appointment?
During your consultation we listen. We want to hear your skin care concerns and goals and create an actionable plan with a realistic timeline for your skincare journey to achieve your goals.
At your first appointment we review your health history, go over your current skin care regimen and suggested treatment. We will perform your treatment and go over your results and post-follow up care instructions.
How early should I arrive for my first appointment?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment for check-in and to fill out required paperwork and get comfortable. Allowing time for traffic, parking and use of the restroom.
Are children allowed in the med spa?
Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa unless accompanied by an adult that is not receiving treatment. For safety reasons, children may not accompany you in the treatment room, and may not be left unattended.
What if I am running late?
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, however, we will do our best to accommodate you. While we do understand that extenuating circumstances happen, and we must also keep a timely schedule for all clients.
How may I pay for my services?
We accept Care Credit, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and cash. We do not accept checks. Pricing, policies, product and services offered are subject to change at any time without notice. Refunds will not be given for any service. Payment is due in full at time of service.
We ask that you consider our policies as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide you and all our clients with the highest standard of service. Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies. We look forward to seeing you!
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, including follow-up appointments and consultations.
